Introduction to the module:Handover

Handover

At the end of a programme, project or scope of work, suppliers are required to handover relevant Documentation (Technical Information) to Heathrow in an agreed format.

This Handover process consists of:

  • The transfer of document ownership from the Project/Supplier to Heathrow
  • The actual delivery of documentation to the ATIC

Note

All electronic documentation must be delivered to the ATIC via Documentum

Projects and Suppliers should communicate regularly with their HAL Development representative to establish when information should be handed over and to gain an understanding as to how this should be done using the Documentum Tool.

Guidance on the Handover of documents can be found in the following documents;
