All you need to know about working externally

• Some suppliers will prefer to work away from the Heathrow network (work externally)
• External Documentum access is available which does not require a Heathrow IT account but allows full functionality withing Documentum including the ability to upload and download documents to and from your local network
• Heathrow Document numbers are still required
• Supplier creates and updates documents offsite
• Naming documents with appropriate Document numbers
• All Published Documents/Heathrow Deliverables must be delivered to Documentum
• The supplier team can deliver their documents into Documentum individually or via Bulk Upload covered in the Bulk Load User Guide.
